Cancellation is hassle-free with Sweet Rides. Upon booking confirmation, we’ll authorize a nominal amount on your credit card to secure your reservation. Should your plans change, just let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fees. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and in special circumstances such as severe weather events, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
Our terms and conditions are designed to make your rental experience seamless. Delivery options are available for your convenience, with additional charges for locations outside the airport. A security deposit, ranging from $750 to $2000 depending on your chosen vehicle, is required to ensure peace of mind during your rental period. To rent with Sweet Rides, you must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of full coverage insurance. Rest assured, we prioritize safety and may conduct background and DMV checks as needed.
